4.Legal basis
Pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for retaining the CV, consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which may be withdrawn at any time.
5.Nature of the provision
Optional, but any refusal makes it impossible to assess the application.
6.Method of processing
Paper and electronic means, with appropriate technical and organisational measures, by authorised and trained staff.
7.Recipients
Authorised internal staff and service providers appointed as Data Processors under Art. 28 GDPR. No public disclosure, no automated decision-making or profiling.
8.Transfers outside the EU
Processing within the EU; any transfers to third countries in compliance with Art. 44 et seq. GDPR.
9.Retention
For the time needed for the selection and, where consent is given, for a maximum of 24 months from the last relevant contact.
10.Rights of the data subject
