In Lignano Sabbiadoro a city tax € 1.60 per person per day from 12 years of age is applied. From 01.05 to 30.09.2026 up to a maximum of 10 consecutive overnight stays.

Our rates do not include the City tax.

The reservation becomes binding for the Hotel Italia Palace and Suite Apartment only after receipt of the deposit equal to 30% of the total amount (excluding tourist tax and optional services) by credit card with Secure-Link NEXI or bank transfer.

As a final confirmation of your booking we kindly ask you a deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the stay (excluding tourist tax and optional services) via NEXI secure-link or bank transfer (only for reservations received at least 7 days before the arrival date). The reservation is invalid if the deposit will be not received by the indicated dates.

From January 2021 the rules for using credit card data have changed, a new security parameter will be required, namely the so-called Strong customer authentication (Sca).

This is a dual authentication system provided for by the directives of the European Banking Authority (Abe) for all those online transactions that will be made with credit cards. With the entry into force of the Sca, the consumer will therefore be asked for additional information in order to make this specific type of transaction more secure through a system that allows to verify the identity of the buyer and the validity of the use of a specific payment instrument. According to this new rule, without the presence of a credit card, the hotel cannot make a manual charge; For this reason, the Secure Link NEXI channel is used. Please contact your bank for more information.

Visa, MasterCard, EC cards and American Express are welcome. The balance of the reservation (excluding tourist tax and optional services) is required to be paid upon arrival. Any extras must be settled before departure.

Regrettably, it is not possible to guarantee you a specific room, Suite or floor, yet we will do our best to fulfill your requests if asked. The same applies for table reservations in the restaurant.

For each room, suite, or suite in the Dependance booked, a free parking space is included. The unguarded parking areas are located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel (approximately 20 and 50 meters away) and the Dependance.

Classic Rooms have one uncovered parking space per room, available until 11:00 AM on the day of departure, while Junior Suites, Suites, and Family Suites offer one covered parking space with mesh screening per room, situated near the hotel.

Additionally, upon reservation, you can secure a covered parking spot within the hotel’s courtyard (12 available spaces) for an extra €10.00 per day, or at the Dependance (3 available spaces) for an extra €5.00 per day. All parking spaces must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

Only about 70 meters from the hotel, at the 1Ter office there is the hotel’s partner beach. Ask the reception for the coupon that entitles your room / Suite for a sun umbrella and two sunbeds from the day of arrival and excluding the day of departure. If you wish  the first rows, please book them in advance as there is a small supplement that will be applied:

Extra sunbed costs € 5.00 per day.

In every room / Suite you will find a bag with our Logo with towels for the beach or pool. They are replaced on request: just leave them on the floor of your bathroom .

Our hotel is located quite near to the beach but not directly on seaside/waterfront area. That’s why our Hotel rooms / Suite have mainly no see view. Our rooftop sundeck and pool area, on other hands, is with a 360° view.

Suite Dependance in the upper floor are with a supplement of  € 15,00 daily for the 5^th and 6^th floor and  € 30,00 for the 7^th . Please request in advance as  just one Suite Dependance per type is avaliable on eachfloor.

The conservation and rebuilding done to this historic palace did not allow us to alter the amenities of the structure. For this reason, just some of Junior Suites have a cosy balcony  and are located towards the courtyard of the hotel with a view upon our courtyard Lounge Pool and our Suites have two balconies overlooking the side alley of the hotel.

The Suite Apartments of our Dependance, on the other hand, are all equipped with huge furnished terraces.

our Restaurant on the ground floor  is ready for a dinner within half board (with à la carte menù that changes every day with fresh salad buffet) from 7:30 PM .

Ristorante Terrazza, a gourmet type on our wonderful terrace opens from 20.00 o’clock, with Easy Dinning style.

Reservations are welcome.

Also, from 12:00 we serve a Light Lunch Menù in our Rooftop Lounge Bar.

Longe Bar is open every day long after midnight 🙂

Charging stations for your EV are on request and are assisted by our staff if needed.

There are 16A and 32 A charching points. Charching price for max 12 hours.

Please let us know in advance, if posible, so we can prepare whatever is needed to handle your request.

Explore Lignano at your own pace — bicycles are free for 5 hours.
For a full-day rental, the cost is €10.00 per bike.
Guests are kindly asked to return the keys by midnight.
